104. ማርያምን ማርታን
ሉቃስ 10፡38-42
ሓደ መዓልቲ፡ የሱስን ሰዓብቱን ናብ ሓንቲ ስድራ ቤት በጽሑ። ንሳቶም ድማ ማርታን ማርያም ሓፍታን ኣልኣዛር ሓዋ እዮም። ኣብቲ ግዜ እቲ፡ ማርያም ኮፍ ኢላ ነቲ የሱስ ዝምህሮ ዝነበረ ክትሰምዕ ከላ፡ ማርታ ድማ ነቶም ኣጋይሽ ክተእንግዶም ኣበርቲዓ ትሰርሕ ነበረት።
ድሕሪ ገለ ግዜ ማርታ ንየሱስ “በጃኻ፡ ንሓፍተይ ክትሕግዘኒ ንገራ” በለቶ። የሱስ ግና “ማርታ ብብዙሕ ነገር ትጭነቕ ኣለኺ። ማርያም ግን ንዓይ ብምስምዓ ካብ ኩሉ ዝበልጽ ነገር ትገብር ኣላ” ኢሉ መለሰላት።
Mary and Martha 
Luke 10:38-42
One day Jesus and his disciples visited Martha, her sister Mary and their brother Lazarus. Martha worked hard to serve the guests while Mary was sitting and listening to Jesus’ teaching.
After some time Martha said to Jesus, “Please, tell my sister to help me.” But Jesus responded, “Martha, you are worried about many things. But Mary is doing what matters most by listening to me.”
‘ማርታ ንኣጋይሻ ክትእንግድ ከላ ማርያም ድማ ትምህርቲ የሱስ ክትሰምዕ ከላ
‘ንኣጋይሽ ከትቅበልን ስራሕ ክትሰርሕን ጽቡቕ እንኳ እንተኮነ፡ ካብዚ ንላዕሊ ግን እንታይ ኢዩ ኣገዳሲ?
ምስ የሱስ ምኳንን ትምህርቱ ምስማዕ ይሓይሽ።
105. ብዙሕ ሃብቲ ኣኪቡ ዝሞተ ሰብ
ሉቃስ 12፡16-21
የሱስ ብዛዕባ ሃብቲ ከምዚ ኢሉ መሃረ፦
ኣዝዩ ዕዉት ሓደ ሃብታም ሰብኣይ ነበረ። ዘቀምተሉ መኽዘን ክሳብ ዝስእን ኣዝዩ ብዙሕ ምሕርቲ ረከበ። ስለዚ ነቶም መኽዘናት ኣፍሪሱ ካብቲ ቅድሚ ሕጂ ዝነበሮ ዝዓበየ ገይሩ ሰርሆ።
ንሱ ድማ ብልቡ “ካብ ሕጂ ንደሓር ዘድልየኒ ኩሉ ስለ ዘዳለኹ፡ ንብዙሕ ዓመታት ብሓጎስ ክበልዕን ክሰትን እየ” በለ። እቲ ሃብታም ሰብኣይ ግን በታ ለይቲ እቲኣ ሞተ። ስለዚ እቲ ዝነበሮ ሃብቲ ናቱ ክኸውንን ክጠቕሞን ኣይከኣለን። እዚ ሃብታም ሰብኣይ ኣብ ሰማይ ዝኾነ ሃብቲ ከይገደፈ ሞተ።
The Man with the Huge Storage
Luke 12:16-21
Jesus taught about wealth with this story:
There was an incredibly successful man. Since he had such excellent harvests, he tore down his storehouses and built much bigger ones instead. Afterwards he said to himself, “Since I have prepared so well for the future, I will have plenty for many years to come. I will enjoy life.” But the rich man died that very night. Therefore, his possessions were of no use to him. He had not stored any wealth in heaven before he died.
እቲ ብኸንቱ ብዙሕ ሃብቲ ዘዋህለለ ሰብ
ብዛዕባ ገዛእ ርእስና ጥራይ እንዳ ሓሰብና ምንባር ጽቡቕ ድዩ?
ኣይፋሉን ጽቡቕ ኣይኮነን። ብዛዕባ ካልኦት ሰባት ክንሓስብ ኣለና።
ንእግዚኣብሄር ምፍቃርን ንኻልኦት ሰባት ካብ ሃብትና ብፍቅሪ እንዳ አካፈልና ምንባር ኣይሓይሽን?
እወ ይሓይሽ፡ ምኽያቱ ከምዚ ክንገብር ከለና አብ ሰማይ ሃብቲ ንእክብ አለና ማለት ኢዩ።
106. ሱስ ንሓንቲ ሕምምቲ ኣሕወየ
ሉቃስ 13፡10-17
የሱስ ኣብታ ምኩራብ እትበሃል ቤት እግዚኣብሄር ብሰንበት ይምህር ነበረ። ኣብኡ ድማ ንዓሰርተ ሸሞንተ ዓመት ዝሓመመት ሓንቲ ሰበይቲ ረኣየ። እዛ ሰበይቲ እዚኣ ብሰንኪ ጋኔን ትኽ ኢላ ደው ክትብልን ትኽ ኢላ ክትከይድን ኣይከኣለትን። የሱስ ናብኡ ጸዊዑ ኣእዳዉ ኣንቢሩ ኣሕወያ። ብኡንብኡ ሕቖኣ ትኽ ኢሉ፡ ብግቡእ ክትከይድ ከኣለት። ካብ ሕማማ ስለ ዘሕወያ ንኣምላኽ ኣዝያ ኣመስገነት። ኣመሓዳሪ ቤት እግዚኣብሄር ነዚ ፈውሲ ምስ ረኣየ “ስለምንታይ ብሰንበት ትፍውስ ኣለኻ? ብሰንበት ስራሕ ምስራሕ ከም ዘይፍቀድ ኣይትፈልጥን ዲኻ?” ኢሉ ተቖጢዑ። የሱስ ድማ “ብሰንበት ንብዕራዩ ኣብ ጉድጓድ ወዲቑ እንተ ዝርእዮ ዘይውጽዖ መን አሎ። ኮምኡ ድማ እዛ ንዓስርተ ሸሞንት ዓመታት ብሰይጣን ዝተኣስረት ሰበይቲ ካብ መኣሰርቲ ክትፍታሕ አይግበኣን ዶ? ይግበኣ እምበር” ኢልዎ።
የሱስ ፈቃር ስለዝኾነ፡ ስራሕ ኣብ ዘይሰርሓሉ መዓልቲ እውን እንተዀነ፡ ከምዛ ሰበይቲ ንዝጭነቑ ሰባት ይሕግዞም እዩ።
Jesus Heals a Crippled Woman
Luke 13:10-17
On a Sabbath Jesus was teaching in a synagogue, which is a house of God. There he saw a woman who had been crippled for 18 years. She was not able to stand up straight. Evil spirits had caused her to be like this. But Jesus called her to him, put his hand on her body, and healed her. Immediately her back straightened and she was able to walk normally. Can you imagine how gratefully she praised God?!
But when the leader of the synagogue saw that Jesus healed her, he got angry. He said to him, “Why do you heal on the day of rest? Don’t you know that it is not permitted to do work on such a day?” Jesus responded, “If one of your animals fell into a hole on a day of rest, you surely would rescue it! Is it not much more important to free this woman who has been bound by Satan for 18 years? Of course it is!”
Because Jesus is filled with so much love, he helps people who are in trouble just like this woman, even on the day of rest.
የሱስ ብሰንበት ንሓንቲ ሰበይቲ ምስ ኣሕወያ
ንሰባት ካብ ኣጋንንቲ ሓራ ከውጽዖም ዝኽእል እመን እዩ?
ካብ ኣጋንንቲ ሓራ ከውጽዕ ዝኽእል የሱስ ጥራይ እዩ።
107. እግዚኣብሄር ዘዳልዎ ድግስ
ሉቃስ 14፡15-23
ንሰባት ናብ መንግስቲ ኣምላኽ ብዛዕባ ምጽዋዕ የሱስ ከምዚ ክብል ምሂሩ፤
ሓደ ሰብኣይ ዓቢ ድግስ ኣዳለወ። ነቲ ሰራሕተኛኡ ድማ ነቶም ህዝቢ ናብቲ ድግስ ክጽውዖም ለኣኾ። ካብቶም ዝተጸውዑ ሓደ ግን “መሬት ስለ ዝገዛእኩ ክኸይድ ክርኢ ኣለኒ ስለዚ ክመጽእ ኣይክእልን እየ” በለ። እቲ ካልኣይ ድማ “ብዕራይ ዓዲገ አለኹ ክፍትኖ ክኸይድ እየ። ይቕሬታ ግበረለይ፡ ክመጽእ ኣይክእልን እየ” በለ። እቲ ካልእ ድማ “ሕጂ ተመርዕየ፡ ክመጽእ ኣይክእልን እየ” ኢሉ መለሰሉ። ስለዚ ኩሎም ዝተፈላለየ ምኽንያት እናሃቡ ተረፉ። ነቲ ድግስ ዘዳለወ ሰብኣይ ነዚ መልስታት ምስ ሰምዐ ኣዝዩ ተቖጥዐ። ብኡብኡ ድኻታትን ሓንካሳትን ዕዉራትን ኣብ ክንድኦም ናብ ድግስ ጸውዖም። ንሳቶም ውን ተሰማሚዖም ናብቲ ድግስ መጹ።
God’s Great Feast
Luke 14:15-23
Jesus told this story to teach about God’s invitation into his Kingdom:
An important man prepared a feast and sent out his servant to invite people for the meal. But one of the men invited responded, “I have just bought some land. I have to go look at it. I cannot come.” The second man said, “I have just bought some oxen. I have to see to it that everything is okay. Please, excuse me. I cannot come.” Yet another one answered “I just got married. I cannot come!” In this way they all made excuses and didn’t come. When the great man heard these answers, he became very angry with those he had invited. He quickly had his servants call poor, crippled and blind people in their place. They accepted his invitation and came to the feast.
ድሆች እና በሽተኞች ወደ ግብዣው ሲመጡ
እንደ ታላቁ ሰው ኢየሱስ ሰዎችን ሁሉ ወደ መንግሥቱ ይጠራል። እናንተስ ይህንን ግብዣ ተቀብላችሁ መምጣት ትፈልጋላቸሁ?
108. የሱስ ሕያዋይ ጓሳ እዩ
ዮሃንስ 10
የሱስ እቲ ሓቀኛ ጓሳ ፍቅሪ ዝመልአ እዩ። ድምጹ ሰሚዕና ናብኡ እንተመጺእና ኣባጊዑ ኢና። ብስም ይፈልጠና ይጽውዓና። ብዘይካኡ ካልእ ጓሳ ኣይንስዕብን ኢና። እዚ ሕያዋይ ጓሳ ናብ ሓምለዋይ ቦታ ይመርሓና። ኣራዊት ክመጸና ከሎ ይሕልወና እምበር ኣይሃድምን። ንኹሉ ክፉእ ክስዕሮ እዩ። ምእንቲ ኣባጊዑ ከይተረፈ ክመውት ድሉው እዩ። ካብ መጓሰ ክሰርቕ ዝኽእል ወለሓደ የለን። ስለዚ እቲ እንኮ ሓቀኛ ሕያዋይ ጓሳ ንሱ እዩ። ንዕኡ ምስ እንስዕቦ ኢና ናይ ዘለኣለም ህይወት እንረክብ።
Jesus, the Good Shepherd
John 10
Jesus is the good shepherd who truly loves us. When we hear his voice and come to him we are his sheep. He knows us and calls us by our name. We follow him and no other shepherd. This good shepherd leads us to green pastures. And when a dangerous animal comes to attack us, he does not run away, but protects us. He is victorious over all evil. He even gave up his life for his sheep. Nobody can steal from his flock. Therefore, he is the only good shepherd. When we follow him, we have eternal life.
‘የሱስ ከም ሕያዋይ ጓሳ ንኣባጊዑ ካብ ሓደጋ ክሕልዎም ከሎ
ከመይ ጌርና ኢና ኣባጊዕ የሱስ ክንከውን እንኽእል?
ድምጺ የሱስ ሰሚዕና ክንስዕቦ ከለና።
109. ካብ ቤት ኣቦኡ ዝወጸ ወዲ
ሉቃስ 15፡11-19
የሱስ ኣብዚ ዛንታ ብዛዕባ ዓብዩ ፍቕሪ እግዚኣብሄር ከምዚ ክብል ምሂሩ፤
ሓደ ኣቦ ክልተ ኣወዳት ነበርዎ። ሓደ መዓልቲ እቲ ንእሽቶ ወዲ ንኣቡኡ “ካብዚ ሃብትኻ ብጽሒተይ ሃበኒ እሞ ክኸይድ!” ኢልዎ። ኣቡኡ በቲ ዝሓተቶ ሕቶ እኳ እንተሓዘነ፡ ካብቲ ሃብቱ ግን ብጽሒቱ ሃቦ። ሽዑ እቲ ወዲ ነቲ ዝተዋህቦ ገንዘብ ሒዙ ናብ ካልእ ሃገር ከደ። ኣብኡ ድማ ኩሉ ገንዘቡ ምስ ኣባኸነ፡ ዝበልዖ ምግቢ ሰኣነ። ስለዚ ኣብ እንዳ ሓደ ሓረስታይ ጓሳ ሓሰማታት ኮይኑ ክሰርሕ ጀመረ። ኣብኡ ከሎ ኣዝዩ ስለ ዝጠመየ፡ መግቢ ሓሳማታት ክበልዕ ይደሊ ነበረ። ስለዚ እንታይ ክገብር ከም ዘለዎ ክሓስብ ጀመረ። ኣብ መወዳእታ ካብዚ ጸገም ክወጸሉ ዝኽእል ጽቡቕ ሓሳብ መጸሉ።
The Son Who Left His Father
Luke 15:11-19
Jesus taught how great God’s love is with this story:
A father had two sons. One day the younger one said to his father, “Give me my inheritance, I want to leave.” The father was grieved by his request, but he gave him his share. The son took the money and went to another country. There he wasted everything he owned. After that, he had nothing to eat. So he started to work for a farmer, taking care of his pigs. He was so hungry that he even longed to eat the pigs’ food. Then he started to think about a possible solution. And eventually he had an excellent idea.
ወዲ ብጽሒቱ ሒዙ ካብ እንዳ ኣቡኡ ወጺኡ ክከይድ ከሎ
እቲ ንእሽቶ ወዲ እንታይ በዲሉ?
በደሉ ድማ ካብ እንዳ ኣቡኡ ምውጽኡን ኩሉ ሃብቱ ኣባኺኑ ምውድኡን ኢዩ።
110. ምምላስ እቲ ካብ ቤት ኣቦኡ ዝወጸ ወዲ
ሉቃስ 15፡20-24
ኣብ መወዳእታ እቲ ወዲ ኣዝዩ ጠመየ እሞ ከምዚ ኢሉ ሓሰበ: “ኣብ ገዛ ኣቦይ ንኣገልገልቲ ከይተረፈ ዝኣክል መግቢ ስለዘሎ ናብኡ ክምለስ ኣለኒ። ነቦይ ከም ኣገልገልቱ ንክቕበለኒ ክልምኖ ኢየ” ብምባል ናብ ቤት ኣቡኡ ተመልሰ። ኣቡኡ ካብ ርሑቅ ምስ ረኣዮ ሓዘነሉ። ጎይዩ ናብኡ ብምኻድ ብሓጎስ ሓቂፉ ተቀበሎ። እቲ ወዲ ውን በጃኻ “በዲለ ስለ ዝኾንኩ ከም ባርያኻ ኮይነ ክነብር ፍቐደለይ። ድሕሪ ሕጂ ወድኻ ክኸውን ብቑዕ ኣይኮንኩን” በሎ። እቲ ኣቦ ግና ወዱ ብምምላሱ ስለ ዝተሓጐሰ፡ ቀልጢፉ ጽቡቕ ክዳንን ቀለቤትን ሃቦ። ናይ ወዱ ምምላስ ንምክባር ብዕራይ ሓሪዱ ዓቢ ዕድመ ገበረ።
The Son’s Return
Luke 15:20-24
Because the son was so hungry, he finally said to himself, “My father’s workers are better off than I am, they’ve got enough food to eat. I must return to my father. I will beg him to accept me as one of his servants.” Then he returned home. His father saw him coming from a distance and was filled with compassion. Full of joy he ran towards him and embraced him. At this, the son said to him, “I have done wrong. Please allow me to stay with you as your servant! I am not worthy to be your son.” The father, however, was so delighted that his son had returned that he quickly gave him beautiful clothes and a ring. He ordered an ox to be slaughtered, and they celebrated the return of his son with a great feast.
እቲ ኣቦ ካብ ገዛ ዝከደ ወዱ ምስ ተመልሰ ብሓጎስ ክቅበሎ ከሎ
እቲ ኣቦ እቲ ወዱ ምስ ተመልሰ እንታይ ገበረ?
ኣቡኡ ብሓጎስ ሓቂፉ ምስ ተቀበሎ፡ ሓድሽ ክዳንን ቀለቤትን ሂቡ ዓቢ ድግስ ገበረ።
111. ኣልኣዛርን እቲ ሃብታም ሰብኣይን
ሉቃስ 16፡19-31
የሱስ ሓደ ዛንታ ተጠቒሙ ከምዚ ኢሉ መሃረ፤
ኣልኣዛር ዝበሃል ኣዝዩ ድኻ ሰብኣይ ነበረ። ኣብ ጥቓ ናይ ሓደ ሃብታም ሰብኣይ ገዛ ይድቅስ ነበረ። ሓገዝ እቲ ሃብታም ሰብኣይ ተጸበየ፡ ንሱ ግና ኣይሓገዞን። ኣልኣዛር ኣኽላባት መጺኦም ቁስሉ ክሳብ ዝልሕሱ ተሳቐየ። እቲ ሃብታም ሰብኣይ ግን በቲ ሃብቱ ንርእሱ ጥራይ እንዳ ተሓጎሰ ይነብር ነበረ።
ሓደ መዓልቲ ኣልኣዛር ምስ ሞተ ናብ ዝሓሸ ቦታ ተወስደ። ኣብኡ ድማ ምስ በዓል ኣብርሃም ብሓጎስ ክነብር ጀመረ። ድሕሪ ቁሩብ ግዜ እቲ ሃብታም ሰብኣይ እውን ሞተ። ንሱ ውን ናብ ዓቢ ቃንዛን መከራን ዘለዎ ቦታ ተወስደ። እቲ ሰብኣይ ይሳቐ ስለ ዝነበረ፡ ኣልኣዛር ናብኡ መጺኡ መከራኡ ከቃልል ንኣብርሃም ሓተቶ። ኣብርሃም ግን “ኣብዚ ከምኡ ምግባር ዘይከኣል ነገር እዩ” ኢሉ መለሰሉ። እቲ ሃብታም ሰብኣይ ቅድሚ ሞቱ ንእግዚኣብሄር ዘሐጉሶ ነገር እንተዝገብር ነይሩ፡ ናብቲ ጽቡቕ ቦታ ምተወሰደ ነይሩ።
Lazarus and the Rich Man
Luke 16:19-31
One time Jesus used this story to teach:
There was a really poor man called Lazarus. He used to sleep in front of a rich man’s house and in vain hoped for his help. Dogs came and licked his wounds. That’s how much he suffered. The rich man, however, selfishly enjoyed his good life and didn’t care about Lazarus.
One day Lazarus died and ended up in a good place beside Abraham. There he lived in great joy. Some time later also the rich man died. But he ended up in a horrible place, where he suffered a lot. He suffered so much, that he asked Abraham to send Lazarus over to relieve his misery. But Abraham answered him, “That is not possible here.” If the rich man had lived a life pleasing to God, he also would have ended up in the good place.
ኣልኣዛር ካብቲ ሃብታም ሰብ መግቢ ክጽበ ከሎ ኣኽላባት ድማ ቁስሉ ክልሕሱ ከለዉ
ኣልኣዛር ምስ ሞተ እንታይ ኣጋጠሞ?
ናብቲ ጽቡቕ ቦታ ተወሲዱ ብዓቢ ሓጎስ ድማ ይነብር ነበረ።
112. እቲ ዘመስግን ሰብ
ሉቃስ 17፡11-19
የሱስ ናብ የሩሳሌም ኪኸይድ ከሎ፡ ዓሰርተ ሕማም ቆርበት ዘለዎም ሰባት ካብ ርሑቕ ረኣይዎ። ከምዚ ዝበለ ሕማም ዘለዎ አብ መንጎ ህዝቢ ክነብር ኣይከእልን ነበረ። እዞም ዓሰርተ ሰባት “የሱስ፡ በጃኻ ፈውሰና!” ኢሎም ጨደሩ። የሱስ ድማ “ናብ ካህን ኬድኹም ካብቲ ሕማም ከም ዝሓወኹም የረጋግጸልኩም!” በሎም። እዚ ዝበሎም ድማ ናብ ካህን እናኸዱ ከም ዝሓውዩ ስለ ዝፈለጠ እዩ። ንሳቶም ድማ ናብቲ የሱስ ኪዱ ዝበሎም ከዱ። ኣብ መንገዲ ድማ ሓወዩ። ነቲ ካህን ድማ ድሕነቶም ኣርኣዩ። እዚ ኣብቲ እዋን ሰባት ካብ ሕማም ቆርበት ምፍዋሶም ንምርግጋጽ ዝተለምደ ስርዓት እዩ ነይሩ።
ካብቶም ዝሓወዩ ሰባት ሓደ ጥራይ እዩ ናብ የሱስ ተመሊሱ ኣዝዩ ዘመስገኖ። እዚ ሰብኣይ እዚ እስራኤላዊ እኳ ኣይነበረን። የሱስ “ብሰላም ናብ ገዛኻ ኪድ! ብኣይ ስለ ዝኣመንካ ካብ ሕማምኻ ተፈዊስካ ኣለካ” በሎ። ንሱ ድማ “ዓስርተ ሰባት ፈዊሰ፡ ሓደ ሰብ ጥራይ ግን ተመሊሱ ከመስግነኒ” ኢሉ ተገረመ።
The Grateful Man
Luke 17:11-19
One time as Jesus was traveling towards Jerusalem, 10 men with a terrible skin disease saw him from some distance. They were not allowed to live among other people because of their disease. These men shouted, “Jesus, please heal us!” And Jesus responded, “Go to the priest so he can confirm your healing!” He said this because he knew that they would be healed before they got to the priest. The 10 men went just like Jesus had told them and were healed on the way. Then they showed the priest that they were healed from their skin disease. At that time, this was the normal way to confirm that you were healed.
However, only one of the 10 men returned to Jesus and thanked him from his heart. He was not even an Israelite. Jesus said to him “Go home in peace! Your faith in me has healed you.” In addition he said in wonder, “Did I not heal 10 men? But only one of them returned to thank me.”
ካብቶም ዝሓወዩ ዓስርተ ሰባት ሓደ ጥራይ ተመሊሱ ንየሱስ ከመስግን ከሎ
የሱስ ክንደይ ሰባት ኣሕዊዩ?
የሱስ ዓስርተ ሰባት ኣሕወየ።
ካብቶም ዝሓወዩ ክንደይ እዮም ንየሱስ ዘመስገንዎ?
ሓደ ሰብ ጥራይ እዩ ንየሱስ ዘመስገኖ።
113. ብዘይ ምቁራጽ ምጽላይ
ሉቃስ 18፡1-8
ወትሩ ከየቋረጹ ብዛዕባ ምጽላይ የሱስ ከምዚ ኢሉ መሃረ፤
ሓንቲ ጸገም ዘጋተማ ሰበይቲ ነበረት። ናብ ሓደ ዳኛ ብምኻድ ምስ ሓደ ሰብኣይ ኣብ ዘጋጠማ ባእሲ ቅኑዕ ፍርዲ ክፈርደላ ሓተተቶ። እቲ ዳኛ ግን ንእግዚኣብሄር ስለ ዘይፈርህን ንሰብ ውን ስለ ዘየኽብር ክፈርደላ ኣይደለየን። እንተኾነ እታ ሰበይቲ ተስፋ ኣይቆረጸትን ብቐጻሊ እንዳ ከደት ትሓቶ ነበረት። ኣብ መወዳእታ ብሕቶኣ ብዙሕ ግዜ ስለ ዘሸገረቶ እቲ ዳኛ ብግቡእ ፈረደላ።
የሱስ “እዚ ዓመጸኛ ፈራዲ ነታ ሰበይቲ ፍትሒ ካብ ዘውጽኣላ፡ እቲ ዘፍቅረኹም ኣምላኽ ከየቋረጽኩም እንተ ለሚንኹሞ ብርግጽ ክሕግዘኹም እዩ” ኢሉ።
Praying with Perseverance
Luke 18:1-8
Jesus taught about enduring prayer with this story:
There was a widow who was in trouble. So she went to a judge and asked him to give her fair judgement in the case that someone had raised against her. But the judge didn’t fear God, nor did he respect people and therefore he didn’t want to help her. However, the woman didn’t give up. She asked him again and again. Finally, the judge helped her by judging fairly since she bothered him so often.
Then Jesus said: “God cares so much more for you than the unrighteous judge cared about the woman. If you cry to him without giving up he will surely help you.”
እታ ሰበይቲ ነቲ ዓመጸኛ ዳኛ ካብ ጸገማ ፍትሒ ከውጸኣላ ክትልምን ከላ
እግዚኣብሄር ከየቋረጽና እንተ ለመንናዮ እንታይ ክገብረልና እዩ?
እግዚኣብሄር ክሕግዘና እዩ።
114. እግዚኣብሄር ዝፈትዎ ጸሎት
ሉቃስ 18፡9-14
ክልተ ሰባት ናብ ኣምላኽ ጸለዩ። እቲ ሓደ ንሰማይ ክጥምት ኣይደፈረን “በጃኻ ኣምላኽ ኣነ ሓጥእ ስለ ዝኾንኩ ይቕረ በለለይ” ኢሉ ጸለየ። እቲ ካልኣይ ድማ ትዕቢተኛ ስለዝነበረ “ኣምላኽ ከምዚ ዓይነት ሓጥእ ወይ ድማ ከም ካልኦት እኩያት ሰባት ስለ ዘይኮንኩ የመስግነካ ኣለኹ። ኣብ ሰሙን ክልተ መዓልቲ እጸውም፡ ንስራሕ ቤትኻ ዝከውን ገንዘብ ይህብ እየ” ኢሉ ጸለየ።
ኣምላኽ ነቲ ብትሕትና “ኣነ ሓጢኣተኛ እየ እሞ ይቕረ በለለይ” ኢሉ ዝጸለየ ሰብ ተሓጎሰ። በቲ ንርእሱ ልዕል ዘበለ ትዕቢተኛ ሰብኣይ ጸሎት ግን ኣይተሓጎሰን።
God-Pleasing Prayer
Luke 18:9-14
Two men prayed to God. The first one hardly dared to look up while he prayed. He said, “My God, I have done wrong. Please have mercy on me, forgive me!” But the other man was proud. He prayed, “My God, I want to thank you that I am not like this sinner or some other evil person. I fast two days a week and I give money towards the work in your house.”
God was pleased with the man who had prayed humbly, “I am a sinner, forgive me!” But he disliked the prayer of the proud man who trusted in his own goodness.
ትሑትን ትዕቢተኛን ሰብ ናብ ኣምላኽ ክጽልዩ ከለው
ኣብ ቅድሚ ኣምላኽ ብኸመይ ክንጽሊ ኣሎና?
ንርእስና ልዕል ከየበልና ብትሕትና ክንጽልይ አለና።
115. የሱስ ንቆልዑ ባረኾም
ማርቆስ 10፡13-16 + ሉቃስ 18፡15-17
ሰባት የሱስ ምእንቲ ክባርኾም ንሕጻናት ናብኡ ኣምጽኡ። ሰዓብቲ የሱስ ነዚ ርእዮም ከየሸግርዎ ከልከልዎም። የሱስ ግና “ሕጻናት ናባይ ይምጹ፡ ኣይትኽልክዎም” ኢሉ ገንሖም። ብድሕሪኡ ነቶም ቆልዑ ሓቚፉ ባረኾም።
ከምኡውን “መንግስቲ ኣምላኽ ነቶም ከም ቆልዑ ንዝኮኑ እያ። ናብ መንግስቲ ኣምላኽ ክትኣትዉ ድማ ከም ንኣሽቱ ቆልዑ ክትኣምኑ” ኣለኩም በሎም።
Jesus Blesses Children
Mark 10:13-16 + Luke 18:15-17
Some people brought their small children to Jesus. When Jesus’ followers saw this, they stopped them so that they would not bother him. But Jesus got angry and said, “Let the children come to me, don’t hinder them!” After this he embraced the children and blessed them.
Additionally Jesus said, “God’s Kingdom is for people who are like children. And you must trust God like a child does, in order to enter his Kingdom.”
የሱስ ነቶም ቆልዑ ክቕበሎምን ክሓቑፎምን ክባርኾምን ከሎ
ከም መን አብ እግዚኣብሄር ክንውከል ይግባእ?
ከም ንኣሽቱ ቆልዑ ኣብ እግዚኣብሄር ክንውከል ኣሎና።
የሱስ ንኣኹም ብፍቅሪ ተቀቢሉ ዝባርከኩም ዶ ይመስለኩም?
116. ኣድላይነት ይቕረታ
ማቴዎስ 18፡21-35
ከምቲ እግዚኣብሄር ኩሉ ግዜ ይቕረ ዝብለልና፡ ንሕና እውን ነቶም ዝጎድኡና ይቕረ ክንብሎም ይግባእ። የሱስ ነዚ ጉዳይ ሓደ ዛንታ ብምንጋር እዩ ምሂሩ፤
ካብ ሓደ ንጉስ ብዙሕ ልቃሕ ዝነበሮ ሰራሕተኛ ነበረ። ነቲ ዝተለቅሖ ገንዘብ ግና ብእዋኑ ክመልሶ ኣይከኣለን። እቲ ንጉስ ድማ ነቲ ዕዳ ዘለዎ ሰብ ንኹሉ ዕድኡ ሓደገሉ ይቕረ ድማ በለሉ። እቲ ዕድኡ ይቕረ ዝተባህለ ንካልእ ንእሽቶ ልቓሕ አለቂሑ ነይሩ። ነቲ ገንዘብ ብእዋኑ ክመልሶ ኣይከኣለን። እቲ ሰራሕተኛ ንጉስ ግን ነቲ ዕዳ ዘለዎ ሰብ ይቕረ ክብለሉ ኣይደለየን።
ስለዚ ኣብ ቤት ማእሰርቲ ኣእትዎ። እዚ ምስ ሰምዐ ንጉስ ተቖጢዑ ነቲ እኩይ ሰራሕተኛ ጸውዖ። “ስለምንታይ ከምቲ ኣነ ዝሓደኩልካ ንስኻ ውን ነቲ ዘለቃሕኻዮ ሰብኣይ ዘይመሃርኽዮ?” ኢሉ ሓተቶ። ብዙሕ ምሕረት ተጌሩሉ፣ ንሱ ውን ምሕረት ስለዘይገበረ እቲ ንጉስ ከቢድ ቅጽኣት ቀጽዖ።
ንኻልኦት ምሕረት እንተ ዘይገበርና፡ እግዚኣብሄር ምሕረት ኣይገብረልናን እዩ።
The Importance of Forgiving
Matthew 18:21-35
Just like God forgives us constantly, we are to forgive our brothers and sisters in the same way. Jesus told a powerful story to teach on this topic:
There was a servant who had taken a huge loan from his king. But he was not able to pay it back in time. The king then decided to have mercy on him and cancelled his debt. This same servant had given a small loan to yet another man. And that man was also not able to pay back in time. But the king’s servant did not want to have mercy on the man and had him put in prison.
When the king heard about this, he got angry with the evil servant and had him come. He then asked him why he didn’t have mercy on the other man, even though he had received so much mercy himself. The king punished the evil servant since he had received so much mercy, yet was not merciful to others.
If we are not merciful to others, God will also not have mercy on us.
ምሕረት ዝረኸበ ሰራሕተኛ ንኻልእ ሰብ ምሕረት ኣይገብርን ክብል ከሎ
ሰባት እንተ ጎድኡና፡ ኣምላኽ እንታይ ክንገብር እዩ ዚደልየና?
ኩሉ ግዜ ይቕረ ክንብሎም ይደሊ።
117. ናይ ሓደ ሃብታም ሰብኣይ ሕቶ
ማቴዎስ 19፡16-26
ሓደ መዓልቲ ሓደ ሃብታም ሰብኣይ ናብ የሱስ መጺኡ “ናይ ዘለኣለም ህይወት ክረክብ እንታይ ክገብር ኣሎኒ?” ኢሉ ሓተተ። የሱስ “ትእዛዛት ኣምላኽ ሓልዉ። ሰብ ኣይትቕተ! ሰበይትኻ እሙን ኩን! ኣይትስረቕ! ኣብ ልዕሊ ሓደ ሰብ ናይ ሓሶት ምስክር ኣይትሃብ! ኣቦኻን ኣዴኻን ኣኽብር! ንሰብ ከም ነብስኻ ኣፍቅሮ! ዝብል ሕጊ ግበር” ኢሉ መለሰሉ። እቲ ሃብታም ሰብኣይ ድማ “እቲ ዝበልካዮ ኩሉ ትእዛዛት ኣምላኽ ፈጺመ” ኢሉ መለሰሉ። የሱስ ድማ “ሓደ ነገር ተሪፉካ ኣሎ። ዘለካ ኩሉ ሸይጥካ ንድኻታት ሃብ! እሞ ሽዑ ንዓይ ሰዓብየይ ኩን” በሎ። እቲ ሃብታም ሰብኣይ ግን ብዙሕ ገንዘብ ስለ ዝነበሮ፡ ነዚ ክገብር ኣዝዩ ከቢድ ነበረ። ስለዚ ሓዚኑ ንየሱስ ገዲፍዎ ከደ።
The Rich Man’s Question
Matthew 19:16-26
One day a rich man came to Jesus and asked him, “What do I have to do in order to receive eternal life?” Jesus answered, “Obey the commandments of God: Do not kill anyone. Obey the laws about marriage. Do not steal. When you speak as a witness, don’t lie. Honour your father and mother. Love your neighbour like you love yourself.” The rich man responded, “I have obeyed all God’s commandments you just mentioned.” Then Jesus told him, “What you still need to do is sell everything you own and give it to the poor. After that come and follow me!” But this was very hard for the man because he was really wealthy. So he became sad and went away.
እቲ ሃብታም ሰብኣይ ንየሱስ ከመይ ጌርካ ናይ ዘለኣለም ህይወት ከም እትረክብ ምስ ሓተቶ
ስለምንታይ እቲ ሃብታም ንየሱስ ዘይሰዓቦ?
ምኽንያቱ ንኣምላኽን ንሰባትን ኣብ ክንዲ ዘፍቅር ናይ ባዕሉ ሃፍቲ ስለ ዝፈተወ ኢዩ።
118. የሱስ ነቲ ዕዉር ኣሕወዮ
ሉቃስ 18፡35-43
ሓደ መዓልቲ የሱስ ምስ ብዙሓት ህዝቢ ብያሪኮ ይሓልፍ ነበረ። ኣብኡ ሓደ ዕዉር ሰብኣይ ኣብ ወሰን ጽርግያ ኮፍ ኢሉ ገንዘብ ይልምን ነበረ። እቲ ሰብኣይ ናይ ብዙሕ ሰባት ድምጺ ምስ ሰምዐ “እንታይ ይኸውን ኣሎ?” ኢሉ ንሰባት ሓተተ። እቶም ሰባት ድማ “የሱስ ይሓልፍ ኣሎ” ኢሎም መለሱሉ። ስለዚ እቲ ዕዉር “የሱስ፡ የሱስ! ምሓረኒ፡ ሓግዘኒ” ኢሉ ጨርሔ። ገለ ሰባት ስቕ ክብል እኳ እንተኸልከልዎ፡ ኣዝዩ ዓው ኢሉ ጨደረ። የሱስ ሰሚዑ ደው ኢሉ “እንታይ ክገብረልካ ትደሊ ኣለኻ?” ኢሉ ሓተቶ። እቲ ዕዉር ድማ “ክርኢ ደልየ ኣለኹ” በለ። ስለዚ የሱስ “ርኤ” ምስ በሎ፡ ብኡንብኡ ክርኢ ጀመረ። ካብ ልቡ ንኣምላኽ ኣመስጊኑ ንየሱስ ሰዓቦ።
Jesus Heals a Blind Man
Luke 18:35-43
One day Jesus was walking with a big crowd near the city of Jericho. There a blind man was sitting beside the road begging for money. When the man heard a lot of noise, he asked, “What is happening?” People explained to him that Jesus was passing by. So the blind man started to call “Jesus, have mercy on me, help me!” When some people told him to be quiet, he shouted even louder. Jesus heard him, stopped and asked him “What is it that you want me to do for you?” The blind man answered, “I want to see!” And Jesus healed him. Immediately he was able to see. He praised God wholeheartedly and went with Jesus.
የሱስ ነቲ ዕዉር ምስ ፈወሶ
እቲ ዕዉር ሰብኣይ ንየሱስ እንታይ ኪገብረሉ ሓተቶ?
የሱስ ዓይኑ ክፍውስ ለመኖ።
119. የሱስ ንኹሉ ሰብ ኢዩ ዘፍቅር
ዮሃንስ 4፡1-42
እስራኤላውያን ንህዝቢ ሰማርያ አይፈትውዎምን ኢዮም ነይሮም። የሱስ ግና ንእስራኤላውያን ጥራይ ዘይኰነስ፡ ንሳምራውያን እውን የፍቅሮም እዩ። ሓደ መዓልቲ ምስ ሰዓብቱ ብሰማርያ ሓሊፉ። ኣብኡ ብሓንቲ ከተማ እናሓለፈ ከሎ፡ ንሓንቲ ማይ ክትቀድድ ዝመጸት ሰበይቲ ኣዘራረባ። ክሳብ ትግረም ዝገበረቶ ኩሉ ነገር ድማ ነገራ። የሱስ ድማ ወሃቢ ማይ ህይወት ምዃኑ ገለጸላ። እዚ ማይ እዚ ብየሱስ ብምእማን ዝረኽቦ ናይ ዘለዓለማዊ ሕይወት እዩ። ንልቢ ብሰላም ይመልኦ። ብድሕሪ እዚ እታ ሰበይቲ ናብታ ከተማ ከይዳ የሱስ ኩሉ ምስጢራታ ከም ዝፈለጦ ነቶም ህዝቢ ነገረቶም። ብዙሓት ሰባት ካብ ሰማርያ ዘረባኣ ሰሚዖም ናብ የሱስ መጹ። ንሳቶም ድማ ምሳታቶም ክጸንሕ ለመንዎ እሞ፡ ክልተ መዓልቲ ምሳታቶም ጸንሐ። ብዙሓት ሰባት ካብ ሰማርያ የሱስ እቲ ብእግዚኣብሄር ዝተላእከ መድሓኒ ምዃኑ ኣመኑ።
Jesus Loves All People
John 4:1-42
Israelites didn’t like people from Samaria. Jesus, however, does not only care about Israelites but also about Samaritans. One day he travelled through the land of Samaria with his disciples. Outside one of the towns Jesus started a conversation with a woman who had come to draw water at the well. He prophetically told her things she had done in the past. The woman was amazed that he knew all these things. Jesus also made clear to her that he is the one who gives living water. This water is the eternal life that someone receives, when he believes in Jesus. And it also fills people’s hearts with peace.
After this conversation, the woman went into town and told the people that Jesus supernaturally knew everything about her. On hearing this, many Samarians came and listened to Jesus. When they begged him to stay with them, he agreed and was their guest for two days. Many people there believed that Jesus is the Saviour whom God had sent.
የሱስ ምስታ ሳምራዊት ሰበይቲ እንዳተዘራረበ ከሎ
የሱስ ማይ ህይወት ክህብ እየ ክብል ከሎ እንታይ ማለቱ እዩ?
እዚ ማይ ህይወት እዚ ንየሱስ ብምእማን ዝርከብ ናይ ዘለኣለማዊ ሕይወት እዩ።
የሱስ ንመን እዩ ዘፍቅር?
ንህዝቢ እስራኤል ጥራይ ዘይኮነ፡ ንኹሉ ሰብ ኢዩ ዘፍቅር።
120. የሱስን ዘኬዎስን
ሉቃስ 19፡1-10
ሓደ ዘኬዎስ ዝተባህለ ሰብ ካብቲ ዝግብኦ ገንዘብ ንላዕሊ ካብ ህዝቢ ብምውሳድ ዝሃብተመ ሰብ ነይሩ። ሓደ መዓልቲ የሱስ በታ ዝነብረላ ከተማ ይሓልፍ ከም ዘሎ ሰምዐ። ንየሱስ ክርእዮ ኣዝዩ ይደሊ ነበረ። ቁመቱ ሓጺር ስለ ዝነበረ ክርኢ ኢሉ ናብ ገረብ ደየበ። የሱስ ንላዕሊ ጠሚቱ “ዘኬዎስ፡ ንዓ ውረድ! ሎሚ ኣብ ገዛኻ ክውእል ደልየ” ኣለኹ በሎ። ዘኬዎስ ብሓጎስ ካብታ ገረብ ወሪዱ ንየሱስ ናብ ቤቱ ዓደሞ። ንየሱስ ድማ “ፍርቂ ሃብተይ ንድኻታት ክህቦ እየ። ካብ ሰባት ልዕል ዓቀን ዝወሰድክዎ ድማ ኣርባዕተ ዕጽፊ ገይረ ክመልስ እየ” በሎ። ኣብዚ ግዜ እዚ የሱስ ንዛኬዎስ “ሎሚ ካብ ጥፍኣት ምድሓን ኾነልካ” በሎ።
ካብዚ ታሪኽ እንመሃሮ፡ ነገር እንተሃልዩ ሓጢኣቶም ገዲፎም ናብ ኣምላኽ ዝምለሱ ሰባት ኩሎም የሱስ ምሕረት ከምዝገብረሎም እዩ።
Jesus and Zacchaeus
Luke 19:1-10
There was a man named Zacchaeus. He was rich, because he took more money from people than he was supposed to. One day he heard that Jesus was passing through his town. He really wanted to see Jesus, but because he was a short man, he had to climb a tree in order to see him. When Jesus got there, he looked up and said to him, “Come down, Zacchaeus. I want to be your guest today.” Full of joy Zacchaeus came down and welcomed him into his house.
There he told Jesus, “I will give half of my possessions to the poor. And when I have taken too much from someone, I will give him back four times as much.” At this Jesus responded to Zacchaeus “You received salvation today.”
What we can learn from this story is that Jesus has mercy on anyone who stops doing evil things and turns to God.
ዘኬዎስ ኣብ ገረብ ደይቡ ንየሱስ እናረዓየን የሱስ ክጽውዖ ከሎ
ዘኬዎስ ጌጋኡ ምስ ተረድአ እንታይ እዩ ገይሩ?
ካብ ሰባት ካብ ዓቀን ንላዕሊ ዝወሰዶ ገንዘብ መሊሱ፡ ፍርቂ ሃብቱ ድማ ንድኻታት ሃበ።
121. የሱስ ኣብ ኣድጊ ተወጢሑ ናብ ኢየሩሳሌም ኣተወ
ሉቃስ 19፡28-44
የሱስ ናብ የሩሳሌም ቅድሚ ምብጽሑ፡ ንኽልተ ሰዓብቱ ናብ ሓንቲ ኣብ ጥቅዖም እትርከብ ዓዲ ከይዶም ኣድጊ ከምጽኡሉ ነገሮም። ቅድሚ ሕጂ ኣብቲ ኣድጊ ተወጢሑ ዝፈልጥ ሰብ ኣይነበረን። ካብ ሰዓብቱ ነቲ ኣድጊ ምስ ኣምጽኡሉ፡ የሱስ ተወጢሑ ናብ ኢየሩሳሌም ኣተወ። ኣብዚ ግዜ እዚ እቶም ምስኡ ዝነበሩ ክዳውንቶም ኣብ መንገዲ ኣንጸፉ። ብሓጎስ መሊኦም በቲ የሱስ ዝገበሮ ኩሉ ድንቂ ነገራት ብዓው ዝበለ ድምጺ ንኣምላኽ ኣመስገኑ። ንሳቶም ድማ “ክብርን ምስጋናን ነቲ ብስም ኣምላኽ ዝመጽእ ንጉስ ይኹን!” ኢሎም ጨደሩ።
እዚ ዝኾነ የሱስ ቅድሚ ምሟቱ ሓደ ሰሙን እዩ ኣጋጢሙ። ኣብዚ ግዜ እዚ ህዝቢ ኢየሩሳሌም ንሱ መድሓኒን ንጉስ ሰላምን ምዃኑ ኣይፈለጡን። በዚ ምኽንያት እዚ የሱስ ብዛዕባ እቲ ዚመጾም ዝነበረ መከራ ፈሊጡ በኸየሎም።
Jesus Enters Jerusalem on a Donkey
Luke 19:28-40
Before arriving in Jerusalem, Jesus sent two of his followers ahead to a nearby village. He told them to bring a certain donkey from there. Nobody had ever sat on it before. Jesus then rode on that donkey into Jerusalem, whilst the people who were with him rejoiced greatly. They praised God loudly for all the amazing things Jesus had done. In addition, they put their clothes on the road in front of him. And they shouted “Honour and praise to the king who comes in God’s name!”
This happened about one week before Jesus died. But at that time, the people of Jerusalem didn’t realise that he was the Saviour and the King of Peace. So Jesus cried since he knew how much suffering would come upon them.
የሱስ ኣብ ኣድጊ ተወጢሑ ናብ ከተማ ኢየሩሳሌም ምስ ኣተወ
የሱስ ንጉስ ኰይኑ ናብ የሩሳሌም ምስ ኣተወ፡ እቶም ምስኡ ዝመጹ እንታይ ገበሩ?
እቶም ህዝቢ ዓው ኢሎም እናጨደሩን ክዳውንቶም ኣብ ጎደና እናዘርገሑን ንየሱስን ንኣምላኽን ኣመስገኑ።
122. ቤት ኣምላኽ ናይ ንግዲ ቦታ ኣይኰነን
ዮሃንስ 2፡13-23 + ማርቆስ 11፡15-19 + ሉቃስ 19፡45-48
የሱስ ናብ ቤተ መቕደስ ምስ ኣተወ፡ እቶም ህዝቢ ነታ ቅድስቲ ስፍራ ናብ ናይ ንግዲ ቦታ ከም ዝቐየሩዋ ረኣየ። ነቲ ናይ ጸሎት ቤት ክኸውን ዝነበሮ ናብ ዕዳጋ ብምቕያሮም ተቖጢዑ። ስለዚ ድማ ነቶም እንስሳታትን ነጋዶን ዓማዊሎምን ካብ ቤተ መቕደስ ሰጎጎም። ብድሕሪኡ ኣብ ቤተ መቕደስ ብዛዕባ መንግስቲ ኣምላኽ መሃረ። ተኣምራት ስለ ዝገበረ ድማ ብዙሓት ብኡኡ ኣመኑ። መብዛሕትኦም መራሕቲ እስራኤል በቲ የሱስ ዝገበሮ ተቖጢዖም ክቐትልዎ ደለዩ። እቶም ህዝቢ ንየሱስ ፈቲዮሞ ስለዝነበሩ ግን ነዚ ክገብሩ ኣይከኣሉን።
God’s House Is Not a Market
Mark 11:15-19 + John 2:13-23
When Jesus came to the Temple in Jerusalem, he saw that this holy place had been turned into a marketplace. It should have been used as a house of prayer though! So, Jesus got angry. He chased all the animals, businesspeople and their customers out of God’s house. Later that day, Jesus taught the people in the temple about the Kingdom of God and did miracles. Many people believed in him. It was mainly the leaders of Israel who were angry about the things Jesus did and therefore wanted to kill him. But it was not easy for them to do so since the crowd liked him.
የሱስ ኣብ ቤተ መቕደስ ነቲ ዕዳጋ ደው ምስ ኣበሎ
የሱስ ቤት ኣምላኽ ንግዳዊ ቤት ኾይኑ ምስ ረኣየ እተቘጥዐ ስለምንታይ እዩ?
ቤተ መቕደስ ናይ ጸሎት ቤት ጥራይ ክከውን ስለዝነበሮ ኢዩ ተቖጢዑ።
123. ማዕረ ደሞዝ ዝተኸፍሉ ሰራሕተኛታት
ማቴዎስ 20፡1-16
ሓደ ዓቢ ናይ ወይኒ ሕርሻ ዝነበሮ ሰብኣይ ነበረ። ፍረታት ናይ ሕርሽዑ ዝእክቡ ሰራሕተኛታት ኽደሊ ንግሆ ናብ ዕዳጋ ከደ። ኣብ ዕዳጋ ሰራሕተኛታት ረኺቡ ብደሞዝ ምስተሰማምዑ ቆጺርዎም። ድሕሪ ዝተወሰነ ግዜ እንደገና ከይዱ ተወሳኺ ሰራሕተኛታት ቆጺሩ። ድሕሪ ቀትሪ ድማ እንደገና ስራሕ ዘይረኸቡ ሰራሕተኛታት ረኺቡ ቆጸሮም።
እቲ ደሞዝ ምሸት ምስ ተኸፍለ፡ ንኹሎም ብማዕረ ይኸፍሎም ነበረ። ኣብ መወዳእታ ነቶም ዝመጹ ሰራሕተኛታት ጽቡቕ ገይሩሎም። እቶም ንግሆ ዝሰርሑ ሰራሕተኛታት ግን ከምቶም ድሒሮም ዝመጹ ማዕረ ደሞዝ ስለ ዝተኽፍሉ፡ ጥርዓን ኣቕረቡ። እቲ ናይ ወይኒ ሕርሻ ዋና ድማ “ኣነ እቲ ዝተሰማማዕናሉ ደሞዝ ሃብክኹም እምበር፡ ኣይቀነስክዎን። ድሕሬኩም ንዝመጹ ሰባት ጽቡቕ ስለ ዝገበርኩሎም ስለምንታይ ኢኹም ትቀንኡ?” በለ።
The Same Wages for All
Matthew 20:1-16
Jesus told another story to teach:
There was a man who had a big field with plants called grape vines. At harvest time he needed many workers to collect all the fruit. And so early in the morning, he went into town and found some workers there. He agreed with them on their pay and hired them. Later in the day, he went again and hired additional workers. And when he saw some workers in the afternoon who had not found work, he hired them too.
In the evening he paid the same wages to all the workers. This way he did good to those who had come late. However, the workers who had started early in the morning complained because they had worked much longer. Then the landowner answered, “I didn’t cut your wages! I definitely gave you what we agreed upon. I just chose to be generous to those who started work later. So why are you jealous?”
ብዙሕን ሕደትን ሰዓታት ዝሰርሑ ኩሎም ሰራሕተኛታት ማዕረ ደሞዝ ምስ ረከቡ
ዋና ናይ ወይኒ ሕርሻ ነቶም ኣብ ዝተፈላለየ እዋን ዝቖጸሮም ሰራሕተኛታት እንታይ ገበረሎም?
ንኹሎም ማዕረ ደሞዝ ከፈሎም።
እቲ ጽቡቅ ዝገበረ ወናኒ ሕርሻ፡ ናይ መን ባህሪ ኢዩ ዝመስል?
ናይ እግዚኣብሄር ባህሪ ይመስል።
124. ንመንግስትን ንእግዚአብሄርን ምሃብ
ሉቃስ 20፡20-26
የሱስ ንመራሕቲ እስራኤል ብዛዕባ ሕማቕ ተግባራቶም ብምስላ ስለ እተዛረቦም ተቘጥዑ። ክኣስርዎ ደለዩ ግን ህዝቢ ስለ ዝፈርሑ ኣይከኣሉን። ስለዚ ንኡኡ ንምድንጋር ብተንኮል “ንመንግስቲ ሮማ ገንዘብ ምኽፋል ይፍቀድ ድዩ?” ኢሎም ሓተትዎ። ንሱ ግና “ሓንቲ ሳንቲም ኣርእዩኒ” በሎም። ምስ ረኣዮ “ኣብዚ ሳንቲም ምስሊ መን ኣሎ?” ኢሉ ሓተቶም። ንሳቶም ድማ “ንሱ እቲ ዓቢ ንጉስ ሮማ እዩ” ኢሎም መለሱሉ። ሽዑ የሱስ ናይ ንጉስ ንንጉስ ክህቡን ናይ ኣምላኽ ድማ ንኣምላኽ ክህቡን ነገሮም። እቶም ሰባት በቲ ጥበብ ዝመልኦ መልሱ ተገረሙ።
Giving to God and to the Government
Luke 20:20-26
The leaders of Israel were upset with Jesus because he pointed out their evil deeds by telling stories. As a result, they wanted to arrest him, but they were not able to since they were afraid of the crowd. They wanted to mislead him and therefore asked him this tricky question, “Are we allowed to pay taxes to the great King of Rome?” Jesus responded, “Show me a coin,” and when they showed it, he asked “Whose picture is on this coin?” They answered “It is the picture of the great King of Rome.” Jesus then told them that they should give to the king what belongs to the king. And they should give to God what belongs to God. The leaders were amazed by his wise answer.
የሱስ ነቶም ተንኮለኛታት ዝሓተትዎ ሕቶታት ብጥበብ ክምልሶ ከሎ
እቶም መራሕቲ በቲ ተንኮል ዝመልኦ ሕቶታቶም ንየሱስ ኣደናጊሮምዎ ድዮም?
ኣይፋልን፡ ከደናግርዎ ኣይከኣሉን።
125. ኣልኣዛር ካብ ሞት ተንሲኡ
ዮሃንስ 11፡1-44
ኣልኣዛርን ማርታን ማርያምን የሱስ ዝፈትወን ስድራቤት እየን ነይረን። ሓደ መዓልቲ ኣልኣዛር ኣዝዩ ሓመመ። የሱስ ከም ዝሓመመ እኳ እንተ ሰምዐ፡ ናብኡ ከይከደ ኣብ ዝነበሮ ቦታ ንኽልተ መዓልቲ ጸንሐ። ኣልኣዛር ድማ ኣዝዩ ሓመመ፡ ኣብ መወዳእታ ድማ ሞተ ተቐብረ። የሱስ እቲ ዝፈትዎ ሰብ ክሓምም ከሎ ዘይከደሉ ምኽንያት ንኣልኣዛር ካብ ሞት ስለ ዘተንስኦ ህዝቢ ብእኡ ምእንቲ ክኣምን እዩ።
ኣልኣዛር ምስ ሞተ ኣርባዕተ መዓልቲ ድማ ናብቲ ሓዘን ዝሰማዓሉ ቦታ መጸ። በዓል ማርታ እውን ምምጽዑ ምስ ሰምዑ ክረክብዎ ከዱ። ድሕሪኡ፡ ምስ ማርታን ማርያምን መጸናንዖምን ናብታ ኣልኣዛር ዝተቐብረላ ቦታ ከደ። ኣብኡ ድማ ንኣምላኽ ኩሉ ግዜ ጸሎቱ ስለ ዝሰምዖ ኣመስጊኑ “ኣልኣዛር፡ ንዓ ውጻእ!” ኢሉ ጸወኦ። ብኡብኡ ካብ ሞት ተንሲኡ ካብ መቓብር ወጸ። እቶም ህዝቢ ነዚ ምስ ረኣዩ ድማ ተገረሙ። ብዙሓት የሱስ እቲ ኣምላኽ ዝለኣኾ መድሓኒ ምዃኑ ፈሊጦም ብእኡ ኣመኑ።
Lazarus Rises from Death
John 11:1-44
Lazarus, Martha and Mary were friends of Jesus. One day Lazarus became very sick. When Jesus heard about this, he stayed where he was for two more days. Since Lazarus was very sick, he finally died. The reason why Jesus didn’t go to him immediately was that he wanted to raise him from death, so that the people would believe in him.
Lazarus had already been dead for four days when Jesus finally came to Lazarus’ village. When Martha and Mary heard that Jesus was near, they each went to meet him. Afterwards, Jesus went to the grave together with them and their mourning friends. There he thanked God that he always hears his prayer. Then he called, “Lazarus, come out!” And immediately Lazarus rose from death and came out of the grave. The people were astonished when they saw what happened and many believed that Jesus is the Saviour.
የሱስ ነቲ ዝሞተ ኣልኣዛር ካብ መቓብር ጸውዖ
ስለምንታይ የሱስ ኣልኣዛር ሓሚሙ ከሎ ዘይመጸ?
የሱስ ንኣልኣዛር ካብ ሞት ብምትንሳእ ብኣምላኽ ዝተለእከ መድሓኒ ምዃኑ ምእንቲ ክኣምኑ ኢዩ።
126. እታ ዝነበራ ንእሽቶ ገንዘብ ዝሃበት ሰበይቲ
ሉቃስ 21፡1-4
ሓደ መዓልቲ የሱስ ምስ ሰዓብቱ ናብ ቤተ መቕደስ ኣተወ። ኣብኡ ድማ ሰባት ንእግዚኣብሄር ህያባት ክህቡ ከለዉ ረኣየ። ገለ ሃብታማት እውን ብዙሕ ገንዘብ ክህቡ ረኣየ። ሓንቲ ድኻ ሰበይቲ ግን ነቲ ዝነበራ ንእሽቶ ሳንቲም ሂባ። የሱስ ንሰዓብቱ፡ እታ ድኻ ሰበይቲ ካብ ሃብታማት ንላዕሊ ከም ዝሃበት ነገሮም። ምኽንያቱ ዋላ ክልተ ሳንቲም እንተሃለዋ ኩሉ ሃበት። ሃብታማት ግን ካብቲ ዝነበሮም ቁሩብ ጥራይ እዮም ዝህቡ ነይሮም።
The Poor Woman Gives Much
Luke 21:1-4
One day Jesus went to the Temple with his followers. There he observed people giving gifts to God. He noticed that some rich people gave a lot of money. But he also saw how a poor widow gave only two small coins. After this, Jesus explained to his disciples that the poor woman had given more than the rich people because she had given all that she had. The rich people, however, had only given a small part of their wealth.
ሰባት ንኣምላኽ ገንዘብ ክህቡ ከለዉ የሱስ ክዕዘብ ከሎ
ንእሽቶ ሳንቲም ምሃብ ከመይ ኢሉ እዩ ብዙሕ ክኸውን ዝኽእል?
ዋላ ውሑድ ገንዘብ እንተሃለወና ኩሉ እንተሂብናዮ ብዙሕ እዩ።
127. በቲ ዝተዋህበና ምስራሕ
ማቴዎስ 25፡14-30
ሓደ ሃብታም ንሰራሕተኛታቱ ጸዊዑ ንነፍሲ ወከፎም ክነግዱን መኽሰብ ክረኽቡን ገንዘብ ሃቦም። ድሕሪኡ ናብ ካልእ ርሑቕ ሃገር ከደ።
እቲ ሃብታም ሰብኣይ ምስ ተመልሰ፡ እንደገና ነቶም ሰራሕተኛታቱ ጸዊዑ። እቶም ክልተ ሰባት በቲ ዝተዋህቦም ገንዘብ ጽቡቕ ገይሮም ነገዱ። ስለዚ ካብቲ ዝተዋህቦም ገንዘብ ንላዕሊ ብዙሕ መኽሰብ ረኺቦም። እቲ ኣውፋሪ በዚ ድማ ሽልማት ሂብዎም። እቲ ሳልሳይ ሰብኣይ ግና በቲ ዝተዋህቦ ገንዘብ ስለ ዘይሰርሐ፡ ዋላ ሓንቲ ኣይረኸበን። ስለዚ እቲ ሃብታም በቲ ሰነፍ ሰብ ተቖጢዑ ነቲ ዝሃቦ ገንዘብ ወሰዶ።
ነቲ ካብ ኣምላኽ ዝተቐበልናዮ ብጽቡቕ እንተተጠቒምናሉ ክበዝሕ እዩ።
Using What We Received
Matthew 25:14-30
There was a rich man who called his workers and told them to trade and make profit with his money. Then he went on a long journey.
After he returned, he called his workers again. Two of them did very well. They had made a lot of profit on top of what they were given. Therefore, their wealthy master rewarded them well.
But the third man didn’t do anything with the money he was given. And, therefore, he didn’t gain anything. As a result the master got angry at the lazy man and took away the money he had given in his care.
What we have received from God will grow, when we use it well.
እቲ ኣውፋሪ ነቲ ሰነፍ ሰብ በቲ ዝተወሓቦ ገንዘብ ስለዘይሰረሐ ክሓርቕ ከሎ
ስለምንታይ እቲ ሳልሳይ ሰብ ዝተወሓቦ ገንዘብ ካብኡ ዝተወሰደ?
ነቲ ኽነግደሉ ዝተዋህቦ ገንዘብ ዋላ ሓንቲ ስለዘይሰረሓሉ እዩ ዝተወስደ።
